Think about the time and energy wasted when we misinterpret one another’s actions. Remote work has aggravated miscommunication. The 7 Forms of Respect® can help you articulate how you want to receive respect and determine how others want to be shown respect. Peri, Meno, Post What? Supporting Women’s Health and Productivity at Work
Thursday April 24, 2025 12:30pm - 2:00pm PDT
By 2025, 1 billion women will have reached menopause, and 40% of women report that new health concerns have impacted their work performance and productivity. Alarmingly, 1-in-5 women have considered quitting their jobs. But the issue isn’t menopause itself—it’s exhaustion, burnout, and a lack of workplace support for navigating midlife health. In this session, we’ll explore the opportunity for organizations and individuals to prioritize women’s health in the workplace—not just for the 20% on the verge of leaving, but for the 80% staying who feel their needs are being overlooked. You’ll leave with actionable strategies to support women at every stage, foster a healthier workplace culture, and ensure no one feels forced to choose between their health and their career. Let’s close the gap and create a workplace where women can truly thrive.
