In this 90-min workshop, Dr. Pham will be interviewed about the 7 Forms of Respect framework followed by open Q & A. Peri, Meno, Post What? Supporting Women’s Health and Productivity at Work
Friday April 25, 2025 10:00am - 11:30am PDT
By 2025, 1 billion women will have reached menopause, and 40% of women report that new health concerns have impacted their work performance and productivity. Alarmingly, 1-in-5 women have considered quitting their jobs. But the issue isn’t menopause itself—it’s exhaustion, burnout, and a lack of workplace support for navigating midlife health. In this session, we’ll explore the opportunity for organizations and individuals to prioritize women’s health in the workplace—not just for the 20% on the verge of leaving, but for the 80% staying who feel their needs are being overlooked. You’ll leave with actionable strategies to support women at every stage, foster a healthier workplace culture, and ensure no one feels forced to choose between their health and their career. Let’s close the gap and create a workplace where women can truly thrive.
