Our signature event, #RelationshipsAreTheTrueCurrency, is proudly supported by Anthropic this year.
Anthropic and Claude.ai are teaming up with us to help you thrive at #Regatta2025.
To get more out of what you learned at opening night, try prompting Claude.ai with the following (copy and paste, just replacing the highlighted section):
Hi Claude! I'm attending the Women in Tech Regatta conference focused on #relationshipsarethetruecurrency. I just participated in a session where we discussed five key dimensions of relationship currency in tech: Trust Building, Mentorship Exchange, Diverse Perspectives, Community Resilience, and Authentic Connection.

I'd like your help creating my Relationship Currency Investment Plan for the rest of this conference. Here are my thoughts and areas of focus after the session: [ADD YOUR REFLECTIONS HERE - feel free to focus on whichever dimension(s) matter most to you]

Based on the conference theme 'Relationships Are The True Currency,' can you help me identify 2-3 specific, actionable opportunities to strengthen my professional relationships during the remaining sessions? I'd appreciate concrete conversation starters, questions to ask during panels, or networking approaches that align with the dimension(s) I'm focusing on.

If possible, suggest which types of sessions would be most valuable for building my relationship currency (such as panels on leadership, inclusive culture, career development, or tech innovation).

If you want, you can include this copy of the schedule to get Claude to suggest specific sessions. Download here.

🛟 Your Professional Life Preserver: Visibility Strategies as Career Insurance
Thursday April 24, 2025 12:30pm - 2:00pm PDT
Layoffs, pivots, and an unpredictable job market have made one thing crystal clear: job security isn’t something you can count on anymore. Whether you’re preparing for a career shift, building something of your own, or just trying to stay relevant in a crowded field, it’s time to stop waiting to be “discovered” and start owning your voice. We’ll dive into the why behind visibility (spoiler: it’s career insurance), what’s holding you back (and no, it’s not just about time), and how to make the whole thing feel strategic, empowering, and—believe it or not—doable.
Through honest conversation and a collaborative mini-workshop, you'll identify your personal expertise and develop strategies to get started and keep going in a way that actually works for you. And you'll leave with a tangible visibility plan. This is about building social capital, expanding your network, and creating leverage—so whether opportunity comes knocking or the ground shifts under you, you’re not just reacting… you’re ready.

Back to a Younger Future? – the science, sans the science fiction, of longevity biotech | Byte-Sized Tech
Thursday April 24, 2025 12:30pm - 2:00pm PDT
Aging is the most universal human experience—and the greatest risk factor for nearly every chronic disease. What if we could treat aging itself, not just its consequences? In this talk, we’ll journey into the rapidly evolving world of longevity biotech, where scientists are reprogramming cells, purging senescent damage, repurposing drugs and engineering metabolism to bend biology’s most ancient curve: the passage of time. We’ll explore how modern tools—from metabolic modeling to AI to epigenetic clocks—are transforming biological aging from an inevitability into a potentially modifiable variable. Along the way, we’ll confront big questions: What happens to society when healthspan outpaces age? Will only the billionaires get to live longer? And what does it mean—for medicine, for policy, for meaning itself—when science begins to edit the aging process?

Peri, Meno, Post What? Supporting Women’s Health and Productivity at Work
Friday April 25, 2025 10:00am - 11:30am PDT
By 2025, 1 billion women will have reached menopause, and 40% of women report that new health concerns have impacted their work performance and productivity. Alarmingly, 1-in-5 women have considered quitting their jobs. But the issue isn’t menopause itself—it’s exhaustion, burnout, and a lack of workplace support for navigating midlife health. In this session, we’ll explore the opportunity for organizations and individuals to prioritize women’s health in the workplace—not just for the 20% on the verge of leaving, but for the 80% staying who feel their needs are being overlooked. You’ll leave with actionable strategies to support women at every stage, foster a healthier workplace culture, and ensure no one feels forced to choose between their health and their career. Let’s close the gap and create a workplace where women can truly thrive.

Behind the Title: The Real Stories of Female CTOs
Friday April 25, 2025 12:30pm - 2:00pm PDT
It’s no secret—there aren’t many women in the CTO seat, and the ones who’ve made it have stories you don’t hear every day. This conversation brings together a few of Seattle’s top technical leaders to talk honestly about what it took to get there, what’s still broken, and why the title doesn’t always tell the whole story.

We’re cutting through the LinkedIn gloss to talk about real decisions, trade-offs, near-burnouts, and the power moves that mattered. Whether you’re aiming for that seat or trying to build better leadership pipelines, this is the room where we stop talking about women in tech and start listening to them.

During this session learn from experienced leaders on how to negotiate, navigate and neutralize these situations. The Center for Wooden Boats | ⚡ CO-STORM! A Think Tank Designed To Be Your Personal Board of Directors For Life and Work | 1010 Valley St, Seattle, WA 98109
Tuesday April 29, 2025 1:00pm - 3:00pm PDT
The Center for Wooden Boats and Lake Union Park
1010 Valley St, Seattle, WA 98109 (Google Map)

WHAT IS A CO-STORM? The CO-STORM™ is a think tank designed to be your personal board of directors for life and work.

The success of the CO-STORM relies in part on YOU.

The concept behind the CO-STORM is about how much we’re able to see for each other that we don’t see for ourselves.

Fresh eyes see our blind spots and filters. They also mirror back to us what’s really going on. There’s a creative back and forth energy in getting outside your own head. A CO-STORMER’S insight can clarify what steps to take next, highlight your strengths, and make you pay attention to what should happen naturally.

WHAT THE SESSION LOOKS LIKE:
We start the session with an introduction to CO-STORMING, instructions, and an overview of our time together. Then we pair you off in groups of three or four. Your group will go off for a 90-minute CO-STORM session. During this session, each participant will have time for an introduction and a chance to discuss their most pressing pain point, project, or idea. Your CO-STORM partners will brainstorm with you on solutions. In the end, we will gather together and recap.

WHAT ARE THE RESULTS?
Bring your challenges, ideas, prototypes…or just an empty notebook, and get ready to take the next step.

You will get new perspectives and confidence to move forward with your project, which might mean ditching plans and go in a totally different direction. No matter the outcome, we guarantee you will already be taking steps in the right direction.

I truly believe we’ve got great energy going in our community you’re not going to find anywhere else…hitch a ride on that energy! - Melody Biringer

WHAT’S YOUR STORY?
  • Want to change careers but don’t know where to start?
  • What’s keeping you up at night?
  • I have been helping others all my life, it’s time for me now, what should i do?
  • How can I be more creative at work, when I’m not the one calling the shots?
  • How can I refine and tell my story?
  • Fleshing out a side hustle/passion project.
  • How are you unique – what sets you apart?
  • Have you hit a serious plateau?
