Her efforts include driving digital transformation and delivering complex, enterprise-level programs. Her background includes significant experience in Technical Program Management, where she has consistently aligned technology solutions with strategic business objectives. She is passionate about fostering innovative and efficient solutions through collaboration and a positive, inclusive mindset.
In the early stages of her career, Tracy has worked at global companies like Citibank & Microsoft and a national company Symetra Financial. She has worked on various enterprise initiatives like core banking applications, enterprise data integration, Microsoft Dynamics, product roll outs and productivity products for employees.
