With over 20 years of experience across government, logistics, and tech, she has successfully navigated multiple career pivots, across industries, countries, and roles. From analyzing economic trends in Colombia to leading global programs in the U.S., and most recently, stepping away from corporate life to explore new horizons through a self-awarded sabbatical, her journey is a testament to the power of risk-taking, reinvention, and purpose-driven work. A strengths-based leader at heart, she brings her top strengths, Learner, Maximizer, Ideation, Activator, and Self-Assurance, to everything she does, helping others uncover their potential and take bold steps forward. Sandra is the Executive Director of LatinaTechies, a nonprofit advancing Latinas in tech through upskilling and community. Whether in the boardroom or coaching 1:1, her mission is to equip, empower, and elevate those around her.
