About me
Riza Haas is a learning experience and talent development professional with proven success in building learning programs for start-ups of various stages. Her previous roles were at Yelp, Kiavi, Loftium and OfferUp.
She's dedicated to help teams and individual contributors deepen their shared knowledge and drive organization-wide adoption of best practices. Her deep interests are in sales enablement, virtual onboarding, technical enablement, instructional design and the blended learning approach to honor the diverse ways in which people learn. She's also passionate about increasing diversity, inclusion and belonging in the tech industry.
Currently, she manages Highspot's global onboarding program for Product Engineering new hires (Engineering, Product Management, Design and Security), as well as ongoing learning initiatives for the technical teams.
