About me
Rebecca's passion is helping product teams create accessible, inclusive user experiences. Her primary job is being an advocate for users to help product teams understand what would make a user’s experience natural, useful and delightful. She is an experienced Design Researcher with a demonstrated history of working in tech, as well as having served 50+ Fortune 500 clients as a UX consultant across industries. She worked in UX at Microsoft for 6 years, and currently leads UX Research for Google Keep as well as UXR on design and styling features in Google Slides. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Information (B.S.I.) with a concentration in User Experience and minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Michigan - School of Information, and recently received her Masters of Science in Information Design and Strategy with a concentration in Data Analytics from Northwestern University.
