About me
Molly is on the Trust & Safety Responsible AI team at Google, where she works on Google's responsible AI product launch review process. She first became interested in responsible AI while working as a Linguist at Meta, where she realized that her doctoral research in sociolinguistics gave her a unique perspective and ability to contribute to work in AI fairness. Molly strongly believes that the tech industry needs more people with social science backgrounds, and is passionate about bringing diverse perspectives to the field.
