Experienced leader equally comfortable driving new incubation business with small teams as I am working on cross-company initiatives that land business and revenue outcomes as I am with the hundreds of strategy, PR and sustainability leads in my network, always with no muss or fuss. 20 years of experience covering communications, marketing, sales strategy, GTM across large, matrixed organizations and track record of delivering innovative strategies and solutions that drive reputation, revenue and ROI. 10 years of experience in ESG, predominately in sustainability but with depth experience in accessibility, human rights, labor, and connectivity.
I currently lead the global go to market sales and business strategy team for Business Applications at Microsoft. Responsible for driving $5B revenue across one of the company's fastest growing segments and infusing AI into business transformation solutions.
Previously, I led customer engagement, and product strategy for sustainability. This role encompassed the creation of the first Sustainability Report for Microsoft, the creation of our 2020 carbon negative/water positive/zero waste commitments for 2030, and the creation of a new product category focused on sustainability. I led the product strategy, sales strategy, and business planning that led to the Cloud for Sustainability and a 20+ sales team that reached triple-digit growth in the first year in market and IDC leader status for the solution.
