Certified as a Professional Co-Active Coach®, Janice partners with individuals and organizations to focus on emotional intelligence, deepened self-awareness, collaborative leadership, and building authentic confidence.
Prior to launching her coaching practice, Janice enjoyed a 25-year career in the radio broadcast (KISW, KYCW, KMTT), telecommunications (T-Mobile), e-commerce (
Expedia,
Ticketmaster.com), and online guide (
CitySearch.com,
Allreceipes.com) sectors. Her work centered on marketing communications, promotions, product development, business development, and developing strong teams.
She proudly co-founded women’s leadership programs at both Expedia and T-Mobile and is especially keen to support women in leadership roles. Janice holds a BA in Communications from the University of Washington, a MBA in Sustainable Business from the Pinchot Programs at Presidio Graduate School, and is Six Sigma trained. Janice is also a graduate of CTI’s 10-month Co-Active Leadership Program.
