Hi! I'm Dora. Over the past eight years, I’ve built a career in recruiting across all functions, primarily in mid-stage startups. Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to lead global talent acquisition efforts, built teams from the ground up in regions like North America, EMEA (Amsterdam, London) and APAC (India, Singapore, Australia) to support the company's international expansion.
I’m a first-generation professional—my parents immigrated from China and worked blue-collar jobs, so I navigated the professional world largely on my own and through the guidance of generous mentors. That’s why recruiting resonates so deeply with me: I get to help others crack the interview process and land roles they’re excited about.Today, I have the privilege to hire for our Engineering, Product Management, and Design teams at Highspot, where I partner to drive inclusive, values-driven hiring strategies that support our growth and culture.Outside of work, I'm a cat mom to 2; Tsuki, a sassy calico and Nimbus, a curious & vocal snowshoe. I love exploring new restaurants with my husband and am currently on the hunt for the best tallow fries in the city.
