Tech Executive with over 20 years of work experience (16 of those at Amazon.com) in making shopping better for customers. In my first years at Amazon I worked across different areas of Amazon's e-commerce business, including Supply Chain Optimization, Inventory Planning, Buying, Merchandising, Product Management, Finance and Software Design. In the last 4 years I have been working on the next generation of Shopping (AI), helping Alexa be a better Shopping Assistant. My teams are using LLM tech to create the next generation of conversational purchase experience for Echo Family devices. I manage a large multi-functional organization inclusive of Product, Engineering and Program Management, and my biggest priority as a leader is to create an environment where a diverse team of people can grow and develop.
I have been at Amazon.com for over 16 years, where I've had the privilege of helping the company grow from a few billions to the successful and complex organization that it is today. Working in multiple areas within the company including Supply Chain, Retail, and new technologies including "no check out" (Amazon Go, and Fresh Store), and Alexa Shopping (AI).
