Caitlin Rollman is the co-founder and CEO of Talvita, a company on a mission to unlock the future of work—through better career development, one person at a time. Prior to founding Talvita, Caitlin spent 15 years building Enterprise SaaS products at Microsoft and Highspot, where she earned a reputation as a collaborative, detail-oriented, and deeply customer-focused product leader. Her superpower lies in driving complex initiatives with clarity and care—bringing together product, design, and engineering to deliver impact at scale.
Throughout her career, Caitlin has been passionate about creating inclusive, supportive environments where people can grow and thrive—values that shape both her leadership style and Talvita’s mission. Outside of work, you’ll find her rock climbing, biking, baking, or tending to her garden.
