About me
Anu has coached leaders of high-tech companies, non-profits, startups and educational institutions to identify core issues, make the complex simple, and helped move them past their blocks to create transformational results.
Anu brings her international experiences, industry skills, corporate engineering management and leadership background as a senior woman leader into her coaching work.
She is also a keynote speaker and facilitator. Her areas of expertise include psychological safety, emotional intelligence, mindfulness and teamwork.
It helps her build rapport and gain understanding of client perspectives, helping them go deep on complex issues.
Anu also has 24 years engineering leadership experience in the software and aeronautical industries, leading diverse teams. She has also worked as embedded leadership Coach with the Department of Defense. She was the President of International Coach Federation Washington State Chapter for 2 years and on the board for 5 years.
