With a knack for operationalizing key strategies and building team capacity, Amberine has facilitated impactful business planning workshops, designed cross-functional collaboration solutions, and provided interactive training opportunities, leaving a lasting impact on organizations. With a Master of Public Administration from Seattle University and continued Doctorate research in Environmental Studies at Antioch University, Amberine combines academic rigor with hands-on experience to drive positive change.
Her dedication to building diverse talent pipelines and fostering inclusive workplace cultures has earned her recognition, including the Outstanding Woman Achievement Award and the Innovation Award from the Port of Seattle and multiple nominations for the Champion of Diversity and Inclusion Award. Amberine is also a proud mom who enjoys reading and gardening, when she isn’t playing Pokemon with her son.
