Mylene brings a unique blend of retail sales, customer service, and P&L knowledge to the practice of maximizing human capital. After executive HR roles at Enterprise Mobility and The Boeing Co., she continues to elevate and sustain the next generation of talent through her work as Founder/Principal of Leadership Ladder, LLC. As a speaker, author, and executive coach, Mylene's passion for supporting women and BIPOC talent build successful careers is a common theme and primary driver. As a board member and consultant, sharing successful strategies and teaching practical, partnership-based systems to build effective teams with positive cultures, are central to her approach with organizations and clients.
A Los Angeles transplant, Mylene has called Seattle home for over 20 years. Her passion for diversity goes beyond her work and ripples into her love of travel and food.
