About me
Erica (she/her) has spent 15 years+ in software engineering, with a focus on full-stack, cloud service development. She is currently a manager at Anthropic where she enjoys having the opportunity to enable the mission of creating reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. Erica is very passionate about diversity in the tech industry, having served as the Washington Regional Ambassador of Technovation as well as a volunteer teacher with TEALS. In her off time, Erica enjoys working on video game development as well as spending time with her innumerable plants.
