What happens when you start to feel frustrated, worried, disappointed, or just plain mad at work? For many women the answer is to “hide in the bathroom” and cry. Why? Because up until now showing emotions in the workplace has been seen as a weakness. Yet, women and men are emotional creatures. During this panel discuss we’ll discuss when it is appropriate to express true emotions at work, how embracing vulnerability can improve your career, and tips for keeping things professional while remaining authentic to yourself.
