About me
Erica Goos is a leadership development and executive coach.
In her previous career, as a therapist, she was intimately involved with helping people develop. This experience gave her a deep understanding of what helps people grow and change. With this foundational understanding, it fuels her work with executives, leaders, and individual contributors from many different industries. She believes that coaching is a transformational process that provides collaborative space for people to draw upon their creativity and resourcefulness to be the agent of authentic and meaningful change of their own lives. And because people are part of many different systems, these changes have the possibility to reverberate into transforming many of those systems.
She is comfortable navigating both technical and nontechnical environments and enjoy coaching leaders for transformative leadership, especially people and women of color. She loves to guide people navigating change and transitions in their lives. Because of her lived experience as a bi-cultural person of color, she’s very aware of all the complexities that diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging brings and helps her clients to understand and navigate issues of value and identities.
Erica is a Professional Certified Coach through International Coaching Federation & EMCC Senior Level Practitioner, a Certified Mentor Coach and Coach SuperVisor, and holds a certification as a Conscious Business Coach and Group Coach in Inclusive Leadership. She holds a Masters in Counseling and a license in mental health counseling. She owns her own coaching business and contracts with various coaching organizations.
