Anquida earned her Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Gender Studies, and Leadership Skills from Mississippi State University in 2010 and later pursued a Master's in Leadership and Organizational Development Systems. She also holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) and the Minority Business Executive Program from the University of Washington.
Her contributions span numerous leadership and advocacy roles, including serving as an advisor for the Rotary Club World Disability Advocacy Board, Commissioner for the Seattle Commission for People with Disabilities, and DEI committee member for various organizations. She has also mentored young professionals and advocated for inclusive practices in business, government, and community organizations.
