Our collective female experience, backed by research, shows women and men behave differently in the workplace, at women’s expense. Studies show women tend to follow the rules more closely than men, do not push for salary increases at the same rate as men, and underestimate the value of networking to get ahead. Confident communication builds trust and authority, advances leadership, elevates collaboration, boosts team performance, and combats gender bias. In this interactive training, participants will explore what holds them back in their thought leadership and communication confidence. They will learn how to minimize their inner critic and overcome imposter syndrome to use their voice more intentionally.
