Kick off #Regatta2025 with an empowering session spotlighting the journeys of women leading in tech and business. From breaking barriers to driving innovation and fostering inclusivity, our panelists will share their strategies, lessons, and advice for advancing careers, shifting industries, and redefining leadership. Whether you’re aspiring to lead or passionate about championing women in tech, this event offers inspiration and actionable insights for all.

Participants will have the opportunity to book a free coaching session with certified professional coaches. Individuals can book a 25-minute session and get coaching on any topic. Common topics include setting boundaries, self-advocacy in the workplace, handling challenging conversations, advocating to lead a project or get a promotion, or dreaming about the next step in your career. Non-work topics like personal relationships, finances, family, health and fitness, and friends are welcome too.

Coaches don’t problem-solve or give advice; rather, they help you draw on your inner wisdom and figure out who you want to be and what you want to do.

Though nearly half of the American population identifies as an introvert, our society has an “extrovert ideal” that often excludes introverts from the conversation. This workshop will discuss why organizational change is necessary and provide practical tools that introverts can immediately implement to find their voice, be heard, and confidently share their introvert power.
